At VIBAe, we want you to love your footwear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure you find your perfect fit with total peace of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original VIBAe box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
